INITIAL PAYMENT
After making a reservation, the amount of ￥20,000 is required to hold the reservation.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
The security deposit of extra one-month room charge must be paid in CASH (Japanese yen, only) besides of the monthly room charge of the month you check-in.
